IN THIS LESSON
Pick what works for you
Everyone studies differently. We offer the three most common approaches to class attendance and studying in medical school, presenting advantages, disadvantages, and suggested daily study scheduled for each.
You may attend class every day, watch lectures on demand as part of a ‘hybrid’ strategy, or exclusively use third-party resources. Instead of finding your preferred study method through trial and error over the course of months, a process that may occasionally hurt your grades and limit your personal/extracurricular time, use this chapter to make an informed decision.
Much like we want to present our patients with the ‘facts,’ risks, and benefits associated with any intervention, we similarly want you to feel prepared to decide what will work for you.
